Mr. Ye works as patent attorney more than twelve years.  His services include patent drafting, prosecution, reexamination, invalidation, and litigations.

Ye has a MS degree in electrical  engineering. He worked as an engineer in Siemens in 2006-2008 and since July, 2008, he joined Liu-Shen & Associates as patent attorney handling a large number of cases involving patent drafting and prosecution, patent reexamination, and also representing many cases involving patent invalidation, patent administrative litigation, patent civil litigation, and other patent dispute cases and he joined IPW law firm as a partner in 2021.

Ye is a member of All China Patent Attorneys Association(ACPAA) since 2011 and a member of All-China Lawyers Association (ACLA) since 2019.

​

Ye ​participated in CEIPI SUMMER SCHOOL ON IP IN EUROPE (2019, Strasbourg).
